OVER the years quick became even quicker, and with a couple of Aussies riding shotgun, Scott managed to break into the eights during Drag Week 2018 with a very staunch 8.94@152mph pass from the stealthy-looking Chev.

NotafoxRunning in the Street Race Small Block Power Adder class, the car is now fitted with a built LS2-based combo with a 76mm Borg Warner turbo, Holley EFI, flex fuel, a 4L80 trans and radial tyres. It leaves on 8psi of boost, which progressively ramps up to 19psi throughout the pass.

“I’ve washed it maybe twice in five years,” joked Scott.
