HANDS down, the best thing about Red CentreNATS in Alice Springs is the special permits for off-tap burnout cars and other wild rides to cruise the streets.

Gary and Deby Myers are big fans of the event and this year they brought AGROXA to compete in the burnouts and do some laps around town. Because the coupe runs a magneto, it isn’t possible for the car to run at low speed for extended periods of time – which is why Gary skipped the street parade on Friday arvo.

Quick happy laps are fine though, so on Friday morning Gary and a bunch of mates did the now-iconic Red CentreNATS Maccas cruise and we tagged along for the ride.
