CALDER PARK Raceway is trying to find the quickest street cars in Melbourne with their new Street Outlaws Series.

The basic idea is that entrants drive to the track on street legal tyres, race and drive home, and after just the second meeting the times are blisteringly quick with the quickest cars running the standing quarter in less than ten-seconds. That’s quicker than a Bugatti Veyron!

Calder Park is running a couple different classes and at the end of the year the top 16 from each class will battle it out head-to-head to see who has the quickest real street car in Melbourne.

Next meeting is on Sunday August 24th.
