THE new issue of Street Machine features a massive 32 page coverage of the first VPW Drag Challenge. With 18 cars fighting it out at four tracks and completing a 1000km road course, it was an epic four days, full of crazy all-night repair jobs , some serious racing and a lot of fun. The variety of cars was outstanding, with big blocks, small blocks , LS-based engines and even a Toyota V8 in the mix; some aspirated, some turbo and some blown. For just taste of the action, check out Scotty’s four minute video diary of the event.
