There is a lot to take in over just one day, so it is lucky we got a sneak peek during bump in. Each year, the show has a theme, and this time around the crew are celebrating the Chevrolet Camaro and '49 to '59 customs. If you've ever wanted to build a shoebox Chev or Ford, you can see almost every possible permutation here in the flesh.
While the cars and bikes are amazing, what really blows most Aussies away is the attention to detail given to the displays. Each signboard is a work of art and the set ups work to compliment the cars, rather than distract from them. They are also immaculately clean, with any carpeted areas detailed with lint rollers! Thanks to the crew from Mooneyes for putting on such an amazing event.
