HALF the fun of Red CentreNATS was actually getting there in the first place. Editor Telfo drove his EJ Holden to Alice Springs and back for the event and it was one hell of a road trip, covering 4300km in total over five days. Of course he wasn’t alone, Jason Vandyk drove his blown six-powered EJ Holden ute along with mate Pete Traumanis who’s twin-turbo LS-powered VT Commodore makes 600rwhp. Jeff Birchfield also joined the all-Holden convoy in his blown 253ci HJ Monaro.
We’ve got a massive eleven-page feature in the new November mag covering the road trip up and back. Check it out to get the full story.
