They were once the most famous couple in the world, and now, collectors with deep pockets can secure a unique piece of Princess Diana and Prince Charles’ history – their cars.
Known as the royal couple’s ‘his and hers’ cars of the 90s, Princess Diana’s Audi Cabriolet and Prince Charles’ 1991 Bentley Turbo are going under the hammer.
Diana’s Audi, seen here with the princess at the wheel in June 1994, is expected to attract particular interest from international buyers.
The Audi becomes just the latest piece of Diana memorabilia being offered for sale, with a collection of the princess’s dresses grossing more than a million dollars last week.
