Rolling 30 returns to Sydney on September 10

The cars-and-coffee on steroids from Unique Cars magazine returns to Sydney Motorsport Park on September 10

In 2019, our friends at Unique Cars magazine took the much loved Cars and Coffee-style car meet and dialled it up a notch for an event called Rolling 30, and after some COVID-induced delays we’re delighted to say it’s back!

Much like the first edition, the 2022 affair will be held at Sydney Motorsport Park with a new date of Saturday, September 10. The event has moved from July 10 (this weekend) due to the inclement weather currently battering Sydney and much of the east coast.

If you’d already entered for the July 10 event, then your entry will be automatically rolled over to the new date or you can get in touch with Unique Cars for a full refund.

Unlike your normal static meet, Rolling 30 incorporates a special element of cruise sessions around one of Australia’s premier race tracks that all entrants can participate in.

There’ll also be plenty of trader vendors to check out, a constantly rotating ‘show and shine’ and you can catch up with a bunch of staffers from Unique Cars magazine – as well as watch on-track demonstrations.

Entries are open now to any make or model of car 30 years or older (hence Rolling 30), so follow the link here to secure your spot.

Here’s a quick look at some of the cars that have already put their hand up to take part in the event.

Wayne Spiers – E38 Charger

Kerry Dowling – XT Falcon GT

Filippo Cipriano – VN Commodore Group A replica

John Veasey – Datsun 240K sedan

Glenn Dearing – HQ sedan race car

Mic Valeriano – VK Commodore

Chris Frank – XE Falcon

And Unique Cars’ editor Guy Allen will be there in his BMW 840i!
