An incredible array of feature cars and so much more!

The April 2023 issue of Street Machine is on sale now, with one of the most stellar feature car line-ups in recent memory!

For starters, who doesn’t love a black HK Monaro, slammed on the deck and stuffed full of blown bent eight? It’s a failsafe recipe executed to perfection by owner Tim Martenstyn, and when the covers came off it at Street Machine Summernats 35, we knew we had to point a camera at it.

Same goes for Cameron McNabb’s NORTY Capri – another star of the show at the Meguiar’s Great Uncover this year. The quality of this ProFlo-built weapon is absolutely second to none, but that hasn’t stopped Cameron beating up on it at the track a number of times already.

Then there’s Nick Ursino’s stunning LC GTR tribute, boasting the most prodigious stance and powered by a turbocharged LS with almost 1000rwhp of stonk.

Serdar Karabulut’s XY is gorgeous too, finished to perfection and sitting beautifully over a set of Welds, plus a staunch aspirated small-block Ford.

Then we have Joe Esposito’s Camaro with 615 cubes, twin 96mm turbochargers and 20×15 rear wheels, soon to be engineered and registered for street use!

Repeat offender Jason Behan is back with yet another Valiant build; this time a VG ute with an engine swap that’s sure to upset the purists.

Longtime SM scribbler Iain ‘Marv’ Kelly breaks cover with his epic ’bagged and blown ’64 Pontiac Bonneville.

For Mopar devotees, we hit up Australia’s biggest Mopar get-together, Chryslers on the Murray.

There’s also a look at an 80s hero HG, a killer LS1-powered Morris sleeper, a Barra-swapped Valiant Drag Challenge survivor, and just about everything you need to know on picking the perfect wheels for your ride. All in all, it’s not one to be missed!
