The February 2023 issue of Street Machine is out today, and it’s packed with beaut stuff, headlined by Trent Blainey’s properly epic VL Walkinshaw tribute drag-and-drive weapon. Built by MPW Performance & Race Fab, it’s a beast that’s good for 1800hp. The exquisitely finished, twin-turbo LS-powered streeter has already gone 8.0 over the quarter, and sevens are surely just around the corner.

That’s just the start of a properly awesome line up of feature cars for our February issue. If you’re more of a supercharger or Ford kind of guy, you’re sure to love Nick Novak’s outrageous blown and injected Windsor-powered Mustang, packing 1000hp of brutal shove.

Fans of pro touring cars will definitely get around Ashley Laurence’s second-gen Camaro, with its trick suspension, manual gearbox and 502ci of ProCharged big-block awesomeness.

Father-and-son team Steve and Leo Mortakis have fashioned a delightfully old-school small-block Torana, which graced the Elite Hall at Street Machine Summernats 35, and just as beautifully finished is Lynda Rowe’s pretty-in-pink XM Falcon coupe.

It’s hard not to love a blown Chev-powered HT Monaro GTS, and Greg Angus’s red-striped example sits oh-so-pretty on the period-correct Center Line Auto Drag spinners.

Don’t fret, Mopar fans, we’ve got this tastefully built ’65 Plymouth ’Cuda to help you get your fix as well. A properly unique factory body style, it features stroked 318 small-block shove and three pedals for proper driving joy.
