It’s considered one of the smallest shows on the international calendar, but the New York Auto Show has thrown up a brace of very important car launches and previews that far outweighs its modest size.
It provided a balance of the delightfully insane in the radical Kia HabaNiro go-anywhere EV and the stunning Genesis Mint mini EV, as well as the more humble but equally crucial updates to Aussie staples like the Subaru Outback and the Toyota Kluger (known as the Highlander in the US).
