The hardest, fastest and most extreme Pagani Zonda ever has been unveiled overnight.
Called the Zonda Revolucion, the limited-edition model (only five will be made) has been built as a final send off to the legendary Zonda nameplate.
Officially unveiled to selected wealthy clients in Europe, the Revolucion is an evolution of the hardcore, track-focused Zonda R series, with its revised 6.0-litre AMG V12 now producing 597kW/730Nm.
All in a car that weighs just 1070kg.
Power is channelled to the rear wheels via a six-speed sequential ‘box, with the Revolucion also boasting a Drag Reduction System in its rear spoiler – technology sourced from Formula 1.
All of this means the Revolucion should be the fastest Zonda ever – quicker even than the Zonda R which shattered records at the legendary Nurburgring.
So what about price? Pagani is asking 2.2 million Euros, so expect to pay well north of AUD 3 million.
