So, have a look at what’s in this issue, then go pick one up from a newsagent or subscribe to MOTOR through MagShop. Oh, and we have a digital version, too!

PERFORMANCE CAR OF THE YEAR 2018

This is the big event, and you can read all about it in our new issue. We took reigning Bathurst champ David Reynolds and 10 awesome cars along for an epic trip through the Alpine region of Victoria.

THE TRACK

Starting at Winton Raceway to lay down some lap times with our mate Dave at the wheel, the first day of PCOTY is where the maths comes into it.

THE ROAD

This is where the driver’s cars really shine, as the road section of PCOTY reveals which cars you can have fun with at any time, in any place.

MUSTANG FIRST DRIVE

Faster, louder, and angrier Pony lives up to the hype. Better than the last one? You bet!

TUNEHOUSE SUBARU BRZ TURBO REVIEW

Sydney outfit Tunehouse lends us its turbocharged Subie BRZ, its extra 100kW is something the car has been crying out for since day dot.

FORBIDDEN FERRARI – LA FERRARI APERTA DRIVEN

An exclusive drive in the world’s most expensive production car, the 708kW open-top LaFerrari Aperta.

ALPINE A110 RETURNS, AND WE DRIVE IT

Renault revives a legend to give the Porsche Cayman something to worry about. This is back-to-basics driving fun, done the French way.

REVIEWS

The Audi RS4 Avant, Alfa Romeo Stelvio Q, Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport, and more feature in our very European ‘Reviews’ section this month.

GEEK SPEAK

Suspension tech has been largely the same for the last couple of decades, with gradual refinement being the biggest steps forward. That might be all about to change.

GARAGE UPDATES

Scotty’s Lexus RC F goes out for playtime with some friends and gets into a scrap with its benchmark rival. And DC’s getting the groceries in the sharpest Focus RS yet.
