- 11 vehicles affected from 2020-2021
- Issue with child restraint system
All variants of the 2020 – 2021 Lamborghini Urus SUV have been placed under recall over an issue with the child restraint system.
Specifically, the automatic locking retractor (ALR) used on the middle rear seat may not lock properly, which can lead to failure when connected to a child seat in the event of an accident or heavy stop.

Given the Urus is an expensive and low volume car, the recall affects just 11 vehicles.
Owners can still use their cars, but are advised to use either the left or right section of the rear seat instead of the middle for child restraints until they have the fault fixed.

Owners can contact their local Lamborghini dealer who will fix the fault free of charge.
