Zeekr has announced the updated 2027 7X electric SUV for Australia, introducing more powerful electric motors, faster acceleration, revised styling and additional technology without increasing prices.

Available to order from November 1, with deliveries beginning in December, the refreshed 7X retains its three-variant line-up, priced from $57,900 before on-road costs.

The entry-level RWD costs $57,900, the Long Range RWD is $63,900, and the flagship Performance AWD remains $72,900.

All three variants gain an additional 25kW, with the rear-wheel-drive models now producing 335kW and 520Nm. The standard RWD accelerates from 0–100km/h in 5.6 seconds, while the Long Range takes 5.5 seconds.

The dual-motor Performance AWD produces 500kW and 790Nm, reducing its 0–100km/h time to 3.7 seconds.

Battery capacities remain unchanged, with a 75kWh lithium iron phosphate battery in the RWD and 100kWh nickel-cobalt-manganese batteries in the higher grades.

WLTP driving ranges are 482km, 627km and 544km respectively.

Built on an 800-volt electrical architecture, the updated 7X supports DC charging at up to 450kW, with Zeekr claiming a 10–80 per cent recharge in as little as 11 minutes under suitable conditions.

Exterior changes include redesigned front air ducts, a narrower active grille shutter, revised rear diffuser and relocated rear number plate. A new two-tone Tech Grey finish and optional Black Edition package are also available.

Inside, changes include a redesigned centre console, additional storage and revised trim materials.

A built-in dashcam is now standard, joining the 16-inch touchscreen, 13-inch digital instrument display and comprehensive driver assistance equipment.

Higher grades add a 36.21-inch augmented-reality head-up display, Nappa leather upholstery, ventilated and massaging front seats, and a refrigerator.

The Performance AWD also features air suspension and powered doors.

Boot capacity remains 539 litres, expanding to 1978 litres with the rear seats folded.

Zeekr is offering additional equipment and ownership benefits for the first 2000 orders, including a home wallbox and two years of servicing.
