Mazda has announced a series of updates to its Mazda3 small car and CX-30 small SUV for 2026, introducing two new CX-30 variants alongside additional standard equipment and upgraded safety technology.
The revised CX-30 line-up gains G25 Evolve SP and G25 GT grades, both powered exclusively by Mazda’s 2.5-litre Skyactiv-G petrol engine.
The Evolve SP introduces black cloth upholstery with contrasting red stitching across the seats, dashboard, centre console and armrests. Gloss-black exterior detailing extends to the 18-inch alloy wheels, mirrors, roof rails and badging.

Meanwhile, the G25 GT adopts a more luxury-focused specification, adding a glass sunroof, black leather upholstery, heated front seats and a 10-way electrically adjustable driver’s seat with memory. Silver 18-inch wheels and roof rails distinguish it from the sportier Evolve SP.
Both newcomers also feature advanced keyless entry.
Further up the range, the CX-30 G25 GT SP receives white Maztex upholstery with grey synthetic suede inserts and gloss-black exterior highlights. Ventilated front seats are also introduced for the first time on CX-30, fitted to GT SP and Astina variants.
Mazda has made its Vision Technology package standard across all G25-powered CX-30 models at no additional cost. Equipment includes a 360-degree camera with See-Through View, adaptive cruise and traffic assistance, driver monitoring, front parking sensors and front cross-traffic detection with automatic braking.
Both the Mazda3 and CX-30 now receive a 10.25-inch infotainment display as standard, together with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Safety upgrades across both ranges include enhanced autonomous emergency braking capable of detecting motorcycles, oncoming vehicles and turning traffic, plus intersection collision avoidance assistance.
Exterior colour changes include Zinc Green Metallic for CX-30 and Aero Grey Metallic for both models, replacing some existing finishes.
Mazda says both updated ranges are available to order now, with Australian deliveries scheduled to begin later this month.
