A revenant Italian icon, the world’s most talented drivers and a new series for Australian motorsport fans

Following the lead of other revenant sports car manufacturers including TVR and Alpine, Italian brand De Tomaso has announced it will reveal its first model in 15 years at the upcoming Goodwood Festival of Speed.

It’s one of the many enthralling things Andy, Dan and Scott discuss on this week’s WhichCar Weekly podcast.

Paradoxically, the trio also chat about talented drivers. Nature, nurture or is talent simply the perceived product of planets aligning and good fortune?  How does money and work ethic factor in the identification of raw talent and is it the reason the panel found careers in journalism and not racing? The boys will get to the bottom of it.

Taking out the show, Dan wants to talk about the exciting new TCR racing series that’s coming to Australia this weekend – and it’s not entirely for the obvious reason. With so much lacklustre motorsport choice already competing for attention each weekend, find out why this newcomer has the potential to go off.
