Segment-by-segment, all the winners from this month’s new car sales in Australia

Another month of new car sales has seen utes and SUVs continue their upward trend, while traditional passenger cars struggle.

The Toyota Hilux was the best-selling car for the month of August, while year-to-date the Japanese giant continues to be the most popular manufacturer in Australia.
