Lexus no-haggle pricing positively received in the US
For the past two months Toyota’s prestige brand has been trialling a new no-negotiation policy in 11 US dealerships, with customers presented a single take-it-or-leave it price. According to Lexus, the reaction has so far been overwhelmingly positive.
