- 2021 Mercedes-Benz C-Class and S-Class recalled
- The issue can mean the MBUX infotainment system will stay on
- A total of five vehicles are included in the recall
Mercedes-Benz Australia has recalled a total of five examples across the 2021 C-Class and S-Class range due to a potential issue with the cars’ MBUX infotainment system.
According to a recall notice published by the Department of Infrastructure, a software issue means aspects of the system will not deactivate when the vehicle begins moving, potentially creating a distraction for the driver.
Mercedes-Benz will contact affected owners, but the company can be contacted directly by calling 1300 300 896 or visiting a dealership, found here.
